To my question about providing the results of their inspection, they referred to the fact that the plant had not yet made a conclusion. In short, I called them and the plant almost every day, and in response I received the same information. In the end, it turned out that the plant did not write and will not write any conclusion, and the conclusion should be written by the dealer-representative. Turning this question to a representative, I get a different answer: no, we are not writing anything, we have sent information to the plant and they should write this. Realizing what has begun, I hire a lawyer and on 03/27/2017 I send a written claim to the plant, either do the repairs or give another car. And they answered: show us the car for examination, only now to another dealer. I answer that I am not going to give the car anywhere, it has stood for more than a month with you, as a result, rust has gone, etc. During the correspondence it turns out that that dealer is not a dealer at all, but a representative is not a representative. To my question, why then they sent me to them, there is no answer, to this day. The next claim to the plant on 05/05/2017 already with a request to return the money, compensate for the costs and pick up your defective car. And they again give us the old car and the results of the examination. I answer: the results of the examination by your representative, to whom you yourself sent me. And if you want to inspect the car again, come yourself, drive the tow truck for 60 km. and back is a little expensive for me. And what guarantees that you will not lead her to a worse state than she is and has become, having visited your representative. The answer of the plant again plunges into shock: the dealer is not a dealer, he does not communicate with us, and we will not eat at your place. In general, the conversation does not add up and on 06/21/2017 a statement of claim is sent to the court for the return of funds spent on the acquisition, for the installation of HBO, for the money spent on an expert, tow trucks, postage, etc. In the course of the court hearings, the court asks to appoint an examination on the topic: whether the installed HBO became the cause of the accident (the payer is me). An independent expert is called again, naturally from another organization, all kinds of representatives are invited. No one came to the expert's inspection, as a result, he and his assistant inspected the car, I stood aside and watched as he pulled out the melted wires of the standard wiring from the passenger compartment. The result of the examination was as follows: the installation of the GBO could not affect the accident that happened due to its complete autonomy from the car network. According to the expert, the cause of the accident is gross violations of the wiring in the car and, as a result, a short circuit that has occurred in it, which led to an uncontrolled spontaneous connection of a four-wheel drive or a reduction gear. The second examination confirms the first and finds another bundle of fused wires. The results of two examinations have already been sent to the plant. In response, the plant rejects everything and asks to appoint a third expert examination in the direction of the court. And so this event happened on 05/07/2018. A tow truck was provided from the plant, the car was loaded and sent to St. Petersburg to an independent expert at the service station. The expert, a respectable man of age, disassembled the remains of the car left after the first two examinations. Under hand brake I saw a bundle of wires, tried to move it, but it was somehow bad. They removed the rear heater, and, horror, the entire braid of wires was simply rubbed to bare metal, traces of molten insulation and a couple of pieces of torn electrical tape are visible. We climbed down to the bottom of the car, there is the same garbage with wires, but this is still the first expert noted. They removed the electric motor for connecting the RK, completely burned out. From the bottom like everything, returned to the salon. They removed the block of switching by the modes of the RK, shook it, something was dangling inside. Dismantled, nothing, began to disassemble the washer itself. A piece of white plastic flew out, it was he who dangled and, accordingly, did not allow the unit to work normally. The verdict is almost identical to the two previous ones: a factory defect and a complete violation of state standards. The conclusion of the third expert was sent to the plant. 05/29/2018 the next court session and the plant's response: we reject the claims, the expert is not real, give the following examination. To which the court replied: no, and retired to the meeting. The meeting ended only on June 4, 2018. preliminary ruling: satisfy the claim partially, but take the car from the plaintiff, compensate the cost. One way or another, I decided to change.

From class restrictions, I wanted something more or less universal for forests, fields, lakes. Since the summer I have looked at the patriots seriously, I have considered everything. I bribed a huge trunk, a simple design and the availability of prostheses for a typewriter. But most of all, of course, the abundance of documentation on these Internet sites of yours. I consulted with my family. My father said that if I buy a patriot, he will refuse me. And that it is necessary to buy a duster, since it is relatively reliable and economical, and I, a Moscow hand-crafted asshole, do not need it anymore. Because of this, of course, I finally decided to buy a patr :) And then subsidizing of new cars through trade-in was also successful.

But seriously, the decision was tortured. Honestly, it was scary. A lot of bad things are written on the forums, they say everything breaks down, rots and falls off. It was somewhat reassuring that I refused to use the car in the city, only on weekends for nature, which means that if I make a mistake with the decision, it will not be particularly critical. In general, my father and I decided that if the soul lies, then so be it. In the end, life doesn't end there. One way or another I made up my mind.

I won't tell you about how I bought it. There is nothing new in this procedure. If anyone is curious, I will tell you more.

Anyway, I got a typewriter. For the first five kilometers I thought I'd turn gray ahead of time. Most of all I was frightened by the additional pump (I later learned that it was she howling). Then I figured out that if you put the heating to a minimum, then it turns off. He stopped, looked at the Internet, calmed down.

The clutch strained a little. With a smooth connection, the car begins to shake, some kind of resonance arises. The reason is clear, of course - uneven transmission of torque - but annoying. There is no such effect with a slight overgassing. I will look in the course of operation.

Average gas mileage is another story. 45 liters per hundred. Also, later I realized that he takes into account the consumption during idle work engine based on a simple ratio of total consumption to distance traveled. When it started, the consumption began to fall sharply.

As a result, I made a total journey of only 60 km on Monday (!) In the evening (!) From VDNKh to Lyublino. As a result of this "test ride" I can report the following:

1. The cabin is not noisy. Nothing creaks or howls. Even add. the heater pump stopped howling and began to rustle softly. Neither in the field, nor in the Lincoln navigator (operated for a month while waiting for the car) is not quieter. This is absolutely certain.

2. The engine is really very flexible. Even strange. Well, who transplanted from shnivka to patr will understand me.
