The crisis is coming. The American dollar in exchange offices is timidly approaching the level of 20 thousand Belarusian rubles, oil prices are rapidly falling against the background of the collapse of the Chinese stock exchange and dragging analysts, bankers and journalists into the abyss of obscurity. But not ordinary citizens. The Belarusians, with our usual calmness, go to work and manage to save money from the ruble salary every month, while not losing interest in new budget cars.

It would seem that all the savings were taken to Russia during last year's auto boom. But no! Generous New Year car dealer promotions, profitable terms purchases and really affordable new foreign cars forced our compatriots to forget about tomorrow and live for today. So, at the end of December, there were no popular budget models left in the warehouses of Volkswagen, Nissan and Skoda dealers. The people took it all apart.

Today we will consider several popular "state employees" as part of a test drive for an extraordinary car among classmates - a liftback Skoda Rapid... The car for the test was taken for a reason: at the end of this year, "Rapid" received a new 1.6-liter Gas engine MPI (110 HP) from the new EA211 series. And purely from subjective impressions, Rapid looks like the most attractive model out of three or four most popular state employees.

Simply put, the exterior of the Skoda Rapid looks fashionable. It is not made in a showy-glamorous style, but in a modern urbanistic look. Simple and bold. I would call it that. The neat, lightweight silhouette of the Rapid is not weighted down by unnecessary embossing and does not trump fashionable LEDs in optics. But at the same time, the car does not seem impersonal. On the contrary, his appearance is characterized by the elegant severity of a fitted suit from a famous couturier.


Recognizable Skoda strokes, such as the two dynamic lines extending from the logo across the entire bonnet, accurately indicate the time of the creation of this car.


And even in a few years "Rapid" will not lose its natural charm, given by the designer. I am sure that even without unnecessary cosmetics (a la fashionable LEDs in optics), it will give odds to the familiar VW Polo today, having once become a real classic.

As for the interior, there is nothing particularly surprising here. If you have had more than one date with Czech models before meeting Skoda Rapid, you will feel at home.

The front panel is strict and laconic. Nothing superfluous, your eyes have nothing to catch! But at the same time, all the necessary buttons and switches are easy and intuitive to find. Five points for the ergonomics of the instruments! Indeed, the Skoda Rapid is exactly the car that you don't need to get used to: once you look, you can easily customize everything for yourself.

There are also no complaints about the information content of the instrument panel. Large white-on-black MFA display shows readings on-board computer... The radial markings are a bit unaccustomed to at once, but you quickly adapt to them, and your eyes easily record the smooth flapping of the arrows on the digital values ​​of the speedometer and tachometer.

After the used premium, beloved by many Belarusians, finishing materials in "Rapid" will seem to someone rather mediocre. Yes, the plastic is "oak", no noble varieties of wood are visible in the decoration ... But, wait a minute! We're driving a budget liftback, not an executive sedan.

All in all, scold Skoda interior I don't want Rapid for spartan decoration - the model plays in the budget B + class. Besides, personally, I cannot say that the plastic on the front panel is completely "wooden" - the tactile sensation under the fingers cannot be called unpleasant: press harder - and it gives in. Therefore, I can say that the interior trim materials in Rapid are not frank cheap, but just inexpensive.

But all this fades into the background when you start trying on the Skoda Rapid for yourself. We open the door, sit down and wonder! The driver's seat pleases with good lateral support, convenient settings, and steering column adjustable in both reach and height. And now you are already holding onto a comfortable three-spoke steering wheel with undisguised pleasure. It's time to hit the road!

With my height of 180 cm, I sat down in front without any problems, and then without any problems, with a margin somewhere in the palm of my knees, I settled down behind myself on back seat... The beauty!

There will be plenty of space for rear passengers on a long journey. And in practice it was tested: two adults and a child in child seat do not squeeze each other.

And the legs of a three-year-old baby will not reach the back of the chair. Another problem that arises when traveling with small children is the bright, irritating sun in children's eyes. The creators of "Rapid", apparently, family people know about it, because the rear hemisphere of the liftback is tinted.

A separate pride of the car is a huge trunk with a volume of up to the top shelf of 530 liters. And if you consider that the "fifth door" rises high up, then you can load assorted luggage directly from your shoulder. A bag of potatoes? Please! Enters easily.

On the sides are niches, nets, hooks for bags, traditional for many new Skoda. At the same time, the full-size spare wheel is hidden underground and does not "eat up" the usable space.


By the way, the volume luggage compartment easily increases up to 1500 cubic meters! To do this, you simply need to fold the back of the back sofa. But, alas, a flat floor will not work.

And now about the new "Rapid" heart - 1.6 liter MPI with 110 hp. from the new EA211 family. Actually, this is one of several motors that were specially developed for the modular MQB platform (approx. SKODA Octavia, VW Passat B8).

According to the manufacturer's data, the atmospheric units of the EA211 family are maximally unified in design with their turbocharged counterparts, which allows them to minimize their production costs. Also, a new family of engines allows to reduce fuel consumption: during a test drive with the Š Koda rapid 1.6 l. MPI (110 hp) combined fuel consumption was 7.2 liters, at a speed of 100 km / h - 5.4 liters, 120 - 6.8 liters. AI-95.

The cylinder block of the new engines is made of die-cast aluminum with an open cooling jacket, "Open Deck" technology. The cylinder block is cast with pre-installed individual cylinder liners from gray cast iron. Their outer surface is rough, which increases the surface area and improves heat transfer to the cylinder block. In addition, it provides a good quality positive connection between the cylinder block and the cylinder liner.

An exhaust manifold built into the cylinder head makes the hot gases heat up the engine, bringing it to operating temperature faster; now the interior should be provided with heat much faster than in previous engines.

Instead of a timing chain drive, an exclusively toothed belt is used. The manufacturer recommends using AI-95 gasoline as fuel. True, it is still allowed to use gasoline with an octane rating of at least 91.

The technical characteristics of the motor that was on the test car are as follows: 110 hp. and 155 Nm, working volume - 1598 cubic meters. cm, compression ratio - 10.5: 1, piston stroke - 86.9 mm. Complies with Euro-5 toxicity standards. Equipped with 5-speed manual transmission or 6-range automatic transmission Aisin.

According to subjective impressions, the 1.6-liter 110-horsepower engine is an excellent choice for supporters of leisurely movement around the city and on a suburban highway. First and foremost, it is economical! With dynamic driving in the city, a slight drop in traction is slightly observed with sharp acceleration from a standstill ( approx. only 155 Nm), so you have to play more actively with 2 and 3 gears of the manual gearbox and not be afraid to podgazovat at the start from the intersection. But if you do not pretend to be a racer, then the car behaves very predictably and obediently.

The programs are short, they turn on clearly. Just know to yourself, roll at the speed of the stream. Moreover, the engine confidently pulls out even on third after a leisurely drive over a sleeping policeman. And to be honest, with such "mechanics" automatic transmission seems overkill. Especially for people of age, to whom, in fact, this tandem of the MKP and 1.6 MPi is addressed. Moderately dynamic, but simple and familiar "aspirated" with the usual "mechanics" is no match for the complex and resource-intensive TSI with robotic DSG. This means that people have more trust in him.

A noticeable acceleration is felt from 2500 rpm, and for a more dynamic jerk it is necessary to turn the motor up to 4000 rpm. So, of course, you can't save gasoline - the BC in city traffic with a ragged ride showed 9-10 liters per hundred. But if you leave the city, accelerate to 100 km / h and turn on the cruise control - the numbers before your eyes will delight you!

At 100 km / h in fifth gear, a little less than 2500 rpm is obtained. At 120 km / h, the revs jump to 3000 rpm and the consumption increases by about a liter.

I liked the grip very much - it "grabs" almost immediately. As soon as I let go of the pedal, the car went smoothly forward. Beginners will appreciate it. Especially when parking at the house in the evening. When maneuvering between cars, you don't have to touch the gas pedal at all. Know yourself: just turn the wheel and look in the mirrors.

Unfortunately, everything good and for relatively little money happens only in a fairy tale. Alas, reality quickly puts everything in its place. So this good, well-tailored car shows its obvious budget class, one has only to move off the smooth asphalt.

And if minor road defects in the form of a small hole, a joint or a sunroof sagging into the asphalt, the Rapid suspension eats up more or less tolerably, then on a country road any unevenness as the speed increases is clearly felt by the passengers of the Czech liftback. For the sake of the experiment, I drove a couple of kilometers along an ordinary Belarusian gravel road and noted for myself that it is not recommended to drive the Rapid along a country road above 40 km / h.

Not the smallest ground clearance - 170 mm for the Russian (140 mm for the European) version - but short-travel suspension, only relatively flat sections of gravel road are forgiven. Small fossa or unevenness - immediately slow down, otherwise there is a risk of lip scratching front bumper on gravel increases many times. But, what is interesting, even upon contact with the ground, no extraneous sounds are felt in the Rapid's cabin. Atmospheric engine does not roar, but quietly purrs under the hood, the wind does not whistle in the mirrors, and the stones do not scratch the bottom. For 2 days of close acquaintance, I brought out the following for myself: Skoda Rapid today is the most balanced offer among new budget cars, if we proceed from two main criteria - price and quality.


She will hook the young with a stylish appearance ( approx. available in bright colors of body paint and more than 70 options) and gambling handling. Married couples will definitely like spacious salon(approx. three (!) child seats are installed without problems) and the general practicality of the liftback. And the older generation will definitely pay attention to the spacious comfortable trunk (approx. The largest in the class) and a simple economical engine. In general, today "Rapid" is what the crisis ordered!

The Skoda Rapid golf-class liftback was presented in 2012. Sales of the model in most countries of the world began twelve months later. Rapid reached Russia only in 2014 in a modernized form. The manufacturer slightly increased the ground clearance, improved the suspension and adapted it to our roads.

Despite the fact that very few years have passed since the start of car production, today the Skoda Rapid can boast of solid popularity. And all because the manufacturer managed to design a car that was successful in every sense, which filled the gap between and Fabia. Initially, everyone could purchase a Skoda Rapid with one of three available engines with a working volume of 1.2 to 1.6 liters.   • Atmospheric 1.6-liter engine paired with a 5/6-speed manual / automatic;
  • Turbocharged 1.4-liter engine with 7-speed robotic gearbox.

As for the choice of the degree of forcing, here, those who want to acquire a modern liftback, have a small choice: 90, 110 and 125 Horse power respectively. However, the manufacturer has done a lot of work recently. The Czechs are constantly working on Skoda Rapid engines, improving them technically. More recently, all three developments have received updated fuel injection technology, and the design, which predetermines not three, but four cylinders, helps to reduce fuel consumption and increase the dynamic performance of the car.

Engine resource 1.4 TSI

The atmospheric 1.4 TSI engine paired with a manual transmission is by far the most demanded modification. The turbocharged version can rightfully be called top-end assembly... Four-cylinder power unit functions due to the timing chain, which has a good service life. The manufacturer recommends replacing it after a mileage of 70-80 thousand kilometers. Despite the fact that the timing chain was initially positioned as a "perpetual mechanism", practice has shown that sometimes it fails even before the prescribed time. Therefore, it is recommended to replace it earlier if the vehicle is operated in difficult conditions.

The manufacturer assures that the Skoda Rapid with a 1.4-liter engine under the hood will travel at least 250-300 thousand kilometers. There are good reasons to trust this information. The fact is that this power unit has shown impressive reliability even with the time of assembly for Volkswagen cars. The new E211 units that have come to replace the EA111 series motors are distinguished by a cast-iron block, an aluminum head, lightweight pistons and a reinforced crankshaft... Improved technical characteristics allow the owner of the Skoda Rapid to count on trouble-free operation of the car up to the first 300 thousand kilometers.

Motor resource 1.6 MPI

The engine block is made of aluminum, but the cylinder liners are cast iron. This design is not the cheapest, but from an engineering point of view, it is reliable. After all, cast iron is distinguished by its heat-conducting properties combined with high wear resistance. Heat transfer becomes even more efficient due to the rough surface of the liner walls. The 1.6-liter engine features improved, lighter pistons. The "flat" shape of this part makes the motor more powerful and dynamic. This is a technological novelty, because earlier the designer could not achieve optimal combustion of the fuel mixture in the chamber due to the flat bottom of the part.

There is also a chain that is more reliable than a belt, but requires a lot of time and money during replacement. Model with 1.6-liter engine - perfect option for daily travel. In addition, this version of the Skoda Rapid is convenient for long journeys. Due to the design improved in comparison with the 1.4 TSI modification, the 1.6 MPI assembly is distinguished by a large resource - about 350-400 thousand km of run.   3. Mikhail, Rostov. Acquired new car in 2012. During the first time using the machine, I noticed how the pistons were knocking. Went to service center, they quickly fixed everything. The Czechs have known about this for a long time, supposedly, the problem was solved back in 2013. I don’t know how things are with pistons on new assemblies. Today the mileage is 180 thousand kilometers. During this time, I changed the timing chain once, which is much more reliable than the belt. I changed it once - you can drive another hundred thousand kilometers. I use imported engine oil... If you use certified fuels and lubricants, the engine will cover 300 thousand km without any problems.
  4. Kirill. Moscow. Great machine, no complaints. It's definitely worth its money. I do not recommend spoiling the firmware, it may affect the total resource of the Skoda Rapid engine. "Eats" a little, maintenance and accessories are inexpensive. For three years, I have already clocked 90 thousand kilometers. Chassis excellent, clearance for our roads. The build quality is not worse than many models from VG, and somewhere even better.

The owners of the Skoda Rapid 1.4 TSI note the high operational properties of the modification, the reliability and high resource of the engine. The chain resource is 90-100 thousand kilometers, which is longer than the period declared by the manufacturer. This car is capable of covering 200-250 thousand km without any problems.

1.6 MPI

  1. Vasily, St. Petersburg. From my own experience, I can say that the engine resource depends on 30% of the quality of fuels and lubricants, and 70% of the driving style. I adhere to a calm manner, so my Rapid, after four years of operation, has never seriously broken down. Like everyone else, underwent scheduled maintenance, changed expendable materials and a timing chain. It is also important to fill up with good fuel, fill imported oil and only serviced by OD.
  2. Sergey, Voronezh. I will say this - I'm not happy with the car. Upon reaching the mark of 150 thousand kilometers, literally everything began to break. New pistons are clearly incomplete, I had to spend a lot of money on the replacement of parts piston group... I've been using the Skoda Rapid for five whole years, and just recently I sold the car. In return, I got spoiled nerves, sleepless nights and a bunch of money thrown out not by the wind.
  3. Albert, Vladivostok. Initially I thought of buying a version with a turbocharged engine, but changed my mind at the last moment. I bought a Skoda Rapid 1.6 L 2013 with a manual transmission. I like the car for everyone: from assembly to design. One friend works as a taxi driver on a turbocharged Rapid, his mileage has already exceeded 300 thousand, however, the turbine needs additional care. So far, I have a mark of 120 thousand km.
  4. Vladislav, Khabarovsk. I have a 2017 car with an upgraded 1.6-liter engine. I don’t know if I got an unsuccessful assembly, or the Czechs simply forgot how to assemble cars. The reliability of the new aspirated engine has clearly fallen due to the new pistons! The timing belt is now quieter, but it is unsuitable for repair, plus every time I mark "zhor" with an oil motor. I am not sure that this unit will exhaust at least the resource put into it, not to mention the output above the norm.

Skoda Rapid 1.6 received different ratings from drivers. Most of the owners of cars produced in 2013-2014 speak positively about the car. I bought a new package Active + package WR0, WR1 (air conditioner, mirrors, "warm up", passenger airbag, key with remote control, radio 1din ...)

Moved from Tagaz Hyundai accent(which has served me faithfully for almost 8 years and almost 80 thousand km. and, I hope, will still serve the next owner).

I chose long and thoughtfully with test drives. The alternatives, of course, were striped and solaris. In terms of the totality of parameters, it was Rapid that won.

The engine deliberately chose 90 hp, because physically it is the same as 110. The only difference is in the ECU firmware, which chokes it a little at about 3000 rpm.

Additionally were installed: steering shaft lock Garant and alarm Starline B64.

Overall, compared to the accent, the experience is pleasant. Quiet, playful, comfortable.

After almost 3 weeks (about 1200 passed) I am ready to highlight the subjective pros / cons:

Dynamics. For such a mass (less than 1200 kg), this engine is quite enough. Together with conveniently configured gear ratios The checkpoint (the first is short, the rest are quite long) - it is very pleasant to ride in the stream and on the highway (110 km / h about 2800 in 5th gear).

At the same time, in city traffic, already from 60 km / h, it recommends tucking in 5 and keeps in the stream without tension.

Yes, the load of the switched on air conditioner is practically not felt (hello "Koreans").

Controllability. A clear, sharp steering wheel (even on a standard camera).

Assembled suspension. Moderately tough, but not lumbering.

Comfort. Relatively good insulation of both the engine (up to 3k it is not audible) and the body itself. Slightly worse than in Solaris, but it seemed better than the "polishedan".

Interior ventilation. Wide adjustment of both direction and intensity of air flows.

Good convection during the operation of the air conditioner (Koreans have a frankly trouble with this: it's hot in one place, you get cold in another).

Athermal glass. The sun bakes noticeably less.

Regular sound. In my configuration there are 4 speakers (2 in each door, but to back doors not even wiring) and the dealer installed a 1din radio tape recorder Pioneer 180 (without connecting the power to the active antenna, I will describe this revision later). Together, all this sounds pretty good (even to my sophisticated ear). I am not going to change anything in the near future.

So far I have not been able to find for myself a 100% comfortable position in the chair. Either the legs hang over the seat, or you have to almost pull the toe off while squeezing the grip (sometimes the sole clings to the strip of the regular mat and the leg gets stuck - neither here nor there. Brrrrr. Angry).

Perhaps not used to the brakes (rear "drums"). They are not bad, with a fairly deep working stroke, but subjectively, they are inconsistent. "Every time like the first time" (possibly a consequence of the fact that I am still looking for a comfortable fit).

The main remark, which is most frustrating: sailing. If there is a slight wind, then driving on the track at speeds of 90 and above turns into a fascinating attraction - whoever gets seasick first. I have never experienced such thrills in any car. With gusts of wind, overtaking and any other manifestations of air currents, she chatters, throws her and the fig knows what else. Very unpleasant and dangerous. I have never felt this in any car. In calm weather - perfect. Like on rails.

Do not rush to give advice: the tires have changed, the wheels have changed, the load of the cabin, trunk (from empty to fully loaded) has changed. The dealer made a complete diagnosis of the entire chassis (including the vibration table).

Perhaps the "bad road package" is to blame, I don’t know. I will try to get used to it.

Regular floor mats; water repellent, non-slip - this is a plus. They have small sides, the driver's driver does not have a platform for his left leg and (most importantly) squeaks when it is warm enough. I will change, definitely.

Window lifters do not work without a key and the dealer cannot do this (allegedly on 2016 models this is a problem). Already tired of the key back and forth to raise and lower the glass (even behind the "meat grinder").

The brightness of the instrument illumination. In position 0 (DRL) and dimensions and in cloudy weather, the backlight is almost absent (there is a light sensor) and the devices are poorly read. On the other hand, a reminder - it's time to turn on the low beam.

The side windows are snagging. Sand and dust gets between the velvet in the door and the glass, which lead to scratches.

Fuel consumption. The city is about 10, the highway is about 7 (90-110 km / h). Lew 95th. While running in I twist no more than 3000. Almost without air conditioning. It turns out a bit too much. Not expected.

Mirror adjustment panel. Rather, a claim to all wagons. This joystick ... (I remember the "Koreans" with sadness).

- "Blind spots" of standard mirrors. A fairly large area falls between "no longer in the salon" and "not yet in the side".

Skoda Rapid base engine has a volume of only 1.2 liters and a power of 75 horsepower, more budget sedan in principle, it is not necessary. This motor has only 3 cylinders, but 4 valves each. The cost of a car with such a power unit is less than 500 thousand rubles, which makes the car very attractive against the background of competitors. Moreover, the Skoda Rapid is the most spacious interior and trunk in its class. But let's dwell on technical characteristics power unit, which is combined only with a 5-speed manual.

After the sale of Renault Logan, which served 5.5 years and was sold with a mileage of 83 thousand km, it was decided to choose a car worth up to 600t.r. I began to watch as expected Rio / Solaris, Kalina 2 on automatic transmission with climate, and again Renault Logan. The requirements were a better 16 valve engine (on Logan it was 1.6 8 valve 82 hp - rather weak) and an AIR CONDITIONER (without it, you need to forbid cars to produce, I was tortured in the summer of 2010 after it and I really regretted not buying with it).

Rio / Solaris. After Logan cramped salon, in the Solaris by design, a miserable smoothed panel (for me, the "verz design" of the Lancer 9 panel), the feeling of a China auto one-time rattle, on the go, the suspension seemed to break through easily, reacts to the pits harshly, in general, the Koreans have not learned how to make pendants, to the French far. The only thing I liked was the 1.6 123hp engine. rushing good. Price RUB 610 1.6 and the air conditioner was shocking (was June 2015). We choose further.

Renault Logan. After the update, the car was transformed, capacity 16 clap. And the air conditioner came out 560t.r. (to the price of the site in my region + 35t.r.for "delivery" and this is the office of the Dealer !, such is Renault's policy, now it seems to have been canceled). I didn’t try it on the go, they say I began to behave more collected and tougher. Yes, and I wanted something else.

Kalina 2. I liked the new interior, suspension (no worse than Logan), but the stereotype of the VAZ, and the price is under 500 tr. for "Lada" as it is too much. It was decided not to sell the car at all, but to drive on.

Then I began to think about other brands. Remembered Skoda Fabia, like there is a combi. Call to office. The dealer, they say there is a Skoda Rapid for 499t.r. and above, not believing my ears, I say, well, he's from 600t.r. and then with a 1.2 75hp engine. 3 cylinders. As a result, I came to the dealer, it turns out that a new 90hp engine came out. and the new 110hp, both with timing belt, ostensibly for the entire service life. Engine with cast iron sleeves, 16 clap, the torque is the same for both (the difference in weight is 15kg, I don’t know what exactly). And the price is now not the same as before 559t.r., but became 499t.r. and engine 1.2 3 cylinders, changed to 1.6 90hp. Sitting in the salon, and experiencing joy, like a toy in childhood, and then opening the trunk (liftback is a topic!), It was decided - TAKE! I’ll find out the prices, they say 3 rapid moves are in progress, 2 are already taken, and 1 is free. Price 544t.r., 499+ metallic color and air conditioner. And booked it. With a new lineup added ESP and ASR (traction control) to the database. I wanted to order for 572t.r. a complete set where there would be electric mirrors, heated seats, a backrest divisible into 2 parts and a folding key, but was afraid of a price increase (the car would have come in September, I think it was lucky, because prices have recently increased).

Now about the car itself:

Engine: Kind of like new 90hp 16 clap, works quietly, pulls perfectly from idle, to its 90hp. fulfills completely. Dynamics like that of a VAZ 2114, just maybe worse Priora... While the mileage is 2800 km, there is nothing special to say. At 40 liters I drove 600 km, 300 on the highway and 300 in the city (there were also traffic jams), average 6.7 liters, I don't know a lot or a little. The declared route is 4.8, in the city like 7.6.

Gearbox: Mechanics 5 mortar, clarity like the shutter of AK 47, no vibrations, reverse gear it always turns on without crunching (on Logan and VAZs it crunches almost always). The clutch takes very smoothly, not like on other cars at one point abruptly, but along the entire pedal stroke, you can just let go and give the gas, not jerk, just go smoothly. The gears are optimal in length, at a speed of 100 km per hour the rpm is 2400, at 120 km per hour - 2900 rpm.

Body: The metal is not quite foil, it is well processed from the factory, the hood seems to be heavy and the metal is thicker than on the Logan (you cannot compare with Rio and Solaris). I think the liftback body is perfect, it looks like a sedan, while more of a hatchback. The trunk is 550 liters, with the seats unfolded 1480 liters! The backrest, unlike Logan, folds (in my complete set, not 60/40).

Suspension: There was rubber for 14 kama euros, I immediately replaced it with 15, I bought the rubber Dunlop SP Touring T1, for bad asphalt there is a hum from the noise, even resonates in the cabin. It is driven perfectly, the rolls are minimal. In general, the suspension is stiff, while at a speed of 130 km per hour with small waves, it allows buildup. Logan allowed even more, in this regard, the VAZ 2110 goes like a glued one! When you press on the body, it is very easy to bend, while with a full trunk and 3 people in the back, you don't even sit down. VAZ 2110 from behind is much more difficult to push through, as well as in front. Skoda can be shaken, it feels like the shock absorbers do not hold at all. Apparently with a sharper response, they still hold it, tk. there is no buildup at the back, apparently such settings. The EUR at a speed of up to 30-40 km per hour is very light, at 100-120 km per hour the steering wheel becomes heavy, I really like it.

Salon: Strict design, something similar to Lancer 9 (ideal for me). Spacious everywhere, there is plenty of legroom in the back, but the width at the back let it down, even the shape of the seat seems to hint, the third is superfluous. No creaks yet. I have a base, the door handles in the cabin are just black, not chrome-plated. At the same time, there is no feeling that they have saved on you (as in the old Logan, not to mention the first body).

ABS, ESP, ASR did not work yet, only when slipping once ASR caught fire, but I really slipped. I thought it would work and choke the engine even with the slightest slip.

Conclusion: An ordinary budget car is worse than better than Logan and Rio / Solaris. The main thing is distinguished by good handling, a profitable liftback body, and a spacious interior.
