I bought tires before the 2016 season, mileage for 3 winter seasons ~ 80,000 km, mostly on the track
I will list what I liked:
1) at any minus temperature, they do not tan, even at -35 ° C they remain elastic
2) that the bare asphalt is that loose and not very snow, the grip is excellent, never got stuck
3) the noise is less than that of the Bigstone Ice Cruiser 7000
4) thorns do not fall out, maybe 1-2 per season no more.

Now "-"
1) there are no downsides for me, I liked everything. Before the season I decided to check the tires, it turned out to be worn up to 4-5mm. and this is already a critical wear. The bases of the spikes are all in place and the cores were built, so it's almost velcro. I decided to buy the same new ones, I did not find the size on sale that I needed for winter tires, namely 195 / 55R15, are apparently taken out of production, although there is not a word about this on the manufacturer's website.
In general, I recommend it to everyone this model tires, in no way inferior to the hackapelle 8 (there was an experience of 1500 km)

I live in the Krasnodar Territory, I took new rubber, this year there was no winter at all, I didn’t spare the rubber. I went into turns so that I thought that I would go into a skid, but no. Rubber holds on dry asphalt well, despite the fact that it is studded. I did not notice aquaplaning. After 130 she starts swimming. During the winter I lost only one spike, although once again I repeat the aggressive driving style. There is practically no wear. Rushing through the mud like a tank, I never let down THE MAIN THING AFTER THE PURCHASE OF RUBBER IT IS CORRECT TO RUN IT IN.

I got it when buying a completely new car, drove 2 thousand km, I'm not happy with the tires, it's noisy, on the ice you constantly get under way with slipping, although you don't accelerate much, very often when braking, abs is triggered, in long turns it blows your ass! Maybe, of course, I was not lucky with the quality, made in Poland, size 195 60 15, Toyota Corolla.

A car Mitsubishi lancer IX bought a Sava spike in 2012. Otezdil 6 seasons and I don't know how long it will last. Thorns 2/3 remained that's for sure. Those that I put on the front have worn out a little more, which is natural. And on snow porridge and on ice and snow run-up they behave confidently. Of course, if you go with your head. On the bare asphalt, they are noisy, well, the spikes. In general, excellent tires. I bought a summer kit. Let's see what the summer shows.

Sava Eskimo Stud 175/65 14 with tires very dovolen. Otezdil 1 season, about 15 thousand kilometers in mixed mode, the track is a city. Driving style is fast, but not aggressive. Controllability is excellent, braking, too, tires are comfortable. Moderately noisy, all the same spikes. Rubber price-quality, until production is stopped, I will only take it and advise others.

That year, I spent 2 weeks in the internet in the evenings - I chose rubber - reviews, reviews, comparisons, etc. - well, and the budget was certain - everything converged to one brand Sava eskimo stud - studded, I often drive along the highway, and this is the perfect rubber(ugh, ugh, ugh) of all that were - Velcro breeches, Michelin Xnors thorns, nexnors thorns - I couldn't get enough of it - and it keeps on rolling, and the snow is rowing, it doesn’t burrow. The price is social, but there are few places for sale.

Good afternoon, I will share my impressions of this tire a little. I bought these tires in 2016, winter, studs, size 185/65/15, production (Poland), Hyundai Solaris car. I traveled two seasons, lost one tire, one thorn. When buying, I doubted, since the brand is not promoted, but the seller said that I would not regret it. And so it happened, I never regretted that I bought these tires. They keep the road well at speed, in icy conditions, they drive well on snow porridge and snow, there is a small spike, so the tires are not noisy, even if we consider that there is no Shumka in Solaris. So there were only positive emotions from the operation of this tire, I bought a set for 9600 rubles, I think that the quality is higher than the price. Not a novice driver, officially driving for 34 years.

Good overall feeling, very tenacious, soft, not very noisy. For 2 seasons, wear is not noticeable, but on a wedged wheel I drove several meters on a slippery road and the damage is noticeable. In general, I am pleased with the choice.

This rubber has been on all working machines for the third year. Last year I bought myself a car. I am completely satisfied, in three years all the studs are in place. A copy of GOODYEAR model 2010. One concern.

As I understood from the reviews, this is the former GudYyrovskaya model. Then it was taken out of production, and the model, which had successfully proven itself in its time, was licensed by Sava. What it delivers to this day - 2 seasons, the thorns are almost in place. The experience of driving in the winter for 7 years (since the fall of 2011) is (I have rear drive, Ford Scorpio 2): the first winter the tires came from the farm - there was some kind of rogue hodgepodge. As usual, a miracle did not happen - prefabricated hodgepodge of unknown origin always fail on the roads. In general, I decided to buy first new tires on the trail. winter, then summer, then I updated the wheels - there are no problems with the wheels. The first winter tires were bought by Herzhstone IсeCruiser 7000 195 \ 65 \ 15, then I bought a pair from Hankook Winter iPike, switching to 205 \ 65, a softer format for our roads, then the next winter I already bought this model instead of the last pair of Bridgestun Sava 205 \ 65 \ 15, so there is something to compare "in real time")) Sava - in terms of strength it turned out to be no worse than the Breeches, and in terms of handling and driving sensations - a little worse than the Hankoks. I didn't like the breeches at all, because it was relatively easy to break the rear wheels. Hankuki - the best handling and tenacity (even after the middle of the second season, when almost all the spikes fell off - the eternal disease of this model) - the tires kept the road perfectly. Sava rowing much better than Breeches, especially the difference is noticeable in the snow. Not bad in handling, although the new Hankuki were better. Noise is standard noise. For the second season, they said in a tire that the rubber was oaky, poorly balanced, or it became wrong from the summer maturation (pfft, mine, batins and mother's wheels are constantly kept in this way in neat stacks horizontally - everything was always balanced). I thought it was, but judging by the reviews, the shank is shitty. Disk one was ruled by the sledge hammer method, so they also took a horse price tag in the end - I will look for a good office for a winter change of shoes, because they got it - they ruined everything for me. I plan to buy 1 more pair of these Savs for the winter. In general, a good model. I will not give maximum marks - tires 2 times more expensive will definitely win this battle)

Headquarters Sava located in a Slovenian town Faucet... Previously, production was located only there, but over time, the company scattered factories throughout Europe. Now 100% of the shares of the Slovenian brand are owned by the American tire giant Goodyear... In addition, Sava cooperates with British tire manufacturers Dunlop, 75% of which are also owned by Goodyear. Cooperation with a renowned brand has brought Sava tires to a qualitatively new level.

The Sava company makes rubber for the summer and winter seasons. Available in sizes suitable for passenger cars, crossovers and SUVs, trucks small and medium tonnage.

Features of the production organization Sava

The European branches of production employs staff of 1600 qualified employees... Sava plants produce about eight million tires a year, the same number of tires are sold annually in Europe. The industrial complexes of the manufacturer are equipped with modern equipment and are controlled by the parent company Goodyear. Under his leadership, Slovenian factories also produce products of some other subsidiary brands.

In the small Slovenian town of Kranj, where the headquarters is located, a massive wholesale center an area of 17.1 square kilometers. On the basis of this center, tires are stored in safe conditions - the premises can hold up to a million tires. The wholesale center has been operating since 2002. For Sava, it has become a kind of "anchor" that allowed to establish uninterrupted supplies and strengthen its position in the European market.

Sava brand history

But it didn't start like that. Production was opened in 1921 and it was the first step on a long road to success. Initially, the plant produced rubber products and bore the name Vulkan.

In 1931 the Austrian manufacturer Semperit is eyeing the successful enterprise - the company's shares are transferred to the new owner. The production expands the production of rubber goods, and automobile tires are becoming one of the products.

In 1939 the company changes its owner again. The plant is transferred to German tire manufacturers and begins to work in a narrow specialization. In 1946 the brand was nationalized and the manufacturer was renamed Sava Rubber Products Company. The plant returns to universal production of rubber products.

In 1956 Sava decides to expand and to this end relocates the plant to the outskirts of the city. The production is in the same place now.

In 1965 introduces the first tubeless high speed tires. In 1967 Sava enters into a cooperation agreement with the Semperit brand, which previously bought out the company's shares, and forms a production, which was jointly named Sava-Semperit. In 1972, the joint work of partner enterprises started, and after two years, in 1974, the mass production of radial tires for passenger vehicles was launched. Steel belts were a significant constructive transformation of these tires.

In 1985 Germany acquires the Semperit brand and changes the way production works. While the partners are getting to know the new owner, the Sava brand is expanding and developing updated tire lines.

In 1995 Sava starts negotiations with an American manufacturer Goodyear. In 1997 the Akron-based company is buying back sixty percent of Slovenian securities. After this, the manufacturer catches up with a quick success - at the beginning of the 2000s Sava shares are listed on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, the plant begins to produce five and a half million tires per year.

In 2002 the Americans bought out another 20% of Sava's shares and became owners of 4/5 of all the company's securities. In 2004 the Sava brand is wholly owned by Goodyear... Now the Slovenian manufacturer is working closely with brands known around the world. Among them are "Dunlop" and "Fulda". The company does not stop developing and releases new lines of performance tires.

Sava tire quality

Thanks to the cooperation with Goodyear, the Sava brand provides its tires with exceptional performance characteristics at an affordable price. All products are tested for quality using special tools developed by the parent company.

Sava never skimps on security.

Not only during the production process, but also immediately before export, the products are tested. Sava tires meet the requirements of the economic region EMEA.

- summer: models Effecta, Intensa, Perfecta, Trenta;
- winter: a line of models with the eloquent name Eskimo;
- all-weather: Adapto series.

The company recommends using summer tires at a temperature not lower than +7 ° C, otherwise controllability deteriorates, which leads to a decrease in safety.
