On March 18, 2017, I arrived at the Toyota Center Togliatti, picked up a Toyota Corolla car, made an advance payment and asked for pre-sale preparation of the car, installation of additional equipment on it (two alarms: one with auto start, the second with a mechanical lock; in addition, a radiator grille and crankcase protection). I agreed that the employees would prepare all the documents and the car. Then I arrived on March 25, 2017, signed the documents, made the final payment for the car, made a visual inspection of it, picked up the car and left happy with my purchase. But my joy did not last long. The car was used very little and as a result, I did not immediately identify the fact that the car was handed over to me in poor condition. The car was serviced only by an official Toyota dealer. In the first half of August 2017, the plastic cover of the music panel in the upper left corner cracked, slightly offset to the right. Having discovered it, I was very upset, I immediately called the Toyota Center Samara North dealership, and not in Togliatti, because... I live in Samara, where I was offered to undergo diagnostics. Made an appointment for 08/15/2017. Over the phone, I asked the specialist a question about what could have caused the panel to crack, to which he replied that it could have happened as a result of mechanical stress. By the end of the day, the crack had spread further: the panel had cracked in two places in the upper left corner and in the lower left corner. Having brought the car in for diagnostics, the employee visually inspected the car, found no mechanical damage on the outside, and took it away for diagnostics. Then I was invited by specialists from Toyota Center Samara North and showed me that the panel on the inside was sealed with glue and the clip was broken off. Together with them we took photographs. They explained to me that this panel could only be broken for me as a result of installation in the car additional equipment(alarm) which was installed for me at the official Toyota Togliatti dealer (on Voskresenskaya Street, 16), where I bought my car, the car was not serviced in any other centers, I did not install any other additional equipment. I paid 1,300 rubles for the diagnostics and immediately called the Toyota Togliatti dealership center. I explained everything to the specialists over the phone and sent them photographs. I was told that the car needed to be brought to Tolyatti for diagnostics, which was done on August 16, 2017. A Toyota-Togliatti employee took the car for diagnostics, handing over in reverse, he almost hit my car and the Toyota Camry that was parked there. The diagnostics took place in our presence, Toyota-Tolyatti specialists confirmed that the music panel on the inside was sealed with glue and the clip was broken off. They said that they store the video recording for only 3 months and in the conversation they said that it happens that they glue panels and do many other things, but clients are unlikely to know about it! They began to offer to install additional equipment and only then would they replace the panel with a new one at their own expense and effort! I WROTE AN APPLICATION TO THE CLIENT DEPARTMENT WITH THE HOPE THAT THEY HAD DECENT EMPLOYEES WORKING FOR THEM, BUT I WAS WRONG ABOUT THIS!!! Toyota-Tolyatti employees, while installing additional equipment for me (2 alarm systems), damaged the new music panel during installation and sealed it on the inside. They made pre-sale preparation of the car, knowing that the car parts were broken, handed it over to me already in a faulty condition according to the acceptance certificate, thereby hiding the fact of the breakdown, which visual inspection it was impossible to detect, because There was no obvious damage from the outside. The panel was damaged only on the inside, where they glued it together and then installed it on my car. As a result of rare use of the car, the breakdown was detected when the car had driven 1312 km. If the car was driven more often, the panel would crack in the first month of operation! A customer service employee called today on August 24, 2017 and told me over the phone that I was denied the opportunity to eliminate this damage, namely, replace the panel with a new one at the expense of own strength and funds of the Toyota-Tolyatti center. I will go to Tolyatti on August 26, 2017 for an official response on paper, because... I live in Samara. Today I called the Russian hotline and explained the whole situation to them. They promised to help me figure it out. I hope for the Customer Service of Russia and Toyota Motor. In case of refusal, I will do an independent examination and go to court. And I will never recommend TOYOTA to all potential buyers and owners of cars. Dealership Toyota-Tolyatti. Guys, when buying or servicing your car in Tolyatti, check everything thoroughly, and best of all, be present during all the pre-sale preparation and servicing of your car, in order to avoid in the future the fact of identifying any kind of breakdown that Toyota-Tolyatti employees (Togliatti, st. .Voskresenskaya, 16) will be hidden from you!!!

I had a problem with a knocking sound in the engine when warming up. Toyota Camry 2015. The center's specialists, when listening to the engine, stated that they did not hear any extraneous knocking in the engine. To convince them, they demonstrated the same car, without wings and hood and bumper, in their paint shop, where the engine was also knocking. In short, there are no engine specialists in this center.
