2.1 Purpose of equipment

Backhoe loader EO-2626.DT, EO-2626.DT.1, EO-2626.DT.2(Fig. 1, 4) is intended for excavation work in soils of I-IV categories. It is allowed to use the excavator on frozen soils after preliminary loosening of the soil. Front-mounted loading equipment (Fig. 2, 4) is designed to carry out excavation (on soils of I-II categories) and small-scale loading and unloading operations, transportation of bulk materials over short distances, site planning, filling trenches with bulk soil, raking construction waste.


Backhoe loader EO-2621.DT, EO-2621. DT.1, EO-2621.DT.2 designed for excavation work in soils of I-IV categories. It is allowed to use the excavator on frozen soils after preliminary loosening of the soil. Front-mounted blade (EO-2621.DT) and rotary blade ( EO-2621.DT.1) (Fig. 5, 6), designed for small-scale excavation (on soils of I-II categories), site planning, backfilling of trenches with bulk soil, raking of construction waste, etc.

3 INTENDED USE

3.1 Operating limitations

It is strictly forbidden to operate the equipment with dismantled or faulty assemblies and parts.

The manufacturer is not responsible for safe operation and the operability of the equipment in the event of a change in the design of the equipment by the consumer, replacement of components that do not meet the requirements for them, opening of seals and independent regulation of hydraulic elements.

When operating the equipment, it is necessary to fully comply with all requirements for maintenance, storage and transportation.

3.2 General safety measures

The operator operating the equipment must carefully study this manual, receive training in operating the equipment, obtain the appropriate certification and undergo safety training in accordance with the established procedure.

The operator operating the equipment must strictly comply with all safety requirements specified in this manual and in the “Belarus Tractor Operator's Manual”.

It is not allowed to inflate tires without pressure monitoring.

Works in dark time days or in conditions of insufficient visibility, produce only with the working lighting on.

It is forbidden to carry out inspection, repair, or other work while under the raised working bodies (boom, or bucket of an excavator or front linkage). 3.4 Safety measures during the operation of the equipment

Make sure the transmission shift lever is in neutral before starting the engine.

Do not leave the excavator unattended with the engine running.

During breaks in work, measures must be taken to prevent overturning due to soil deformation or landslides.

Loading cargo or unloading soil into a vehicle must be done from the side or rear. Moving the bucket over the cab vehicle prohibited.

Engage the equipment control levers only while sitting on the seat of the base tractor.

During transport crossings, the tractor PTO must be switched off.

· 1.25m in sandy loam;

· 2m in especially dense soils.

The development of pits and trenches to depths more than indicated should be done with slopes.

3.5 Preparing the equipment for operation

3.5.1 Commissioning the equipment

When the equipment is sent from the manufacturer, some parts and assembly units of the equipment and the base tractor are dismantled for ease of transportation. These parts and assembly units must be installed in place. The list of parts and assembly units is given in the packing list.

It is also necessary to carry out an external examination of all threaded connections equipment, tighten if necessary.

3.5.2 Preparing the basic tractor for work

Prepare the basic tractor for work in accordance with the document "Operating manual for tractors Belarus".

After running-in the basic tractor, it is necessary to carry out Maintenance at the end of the running-in (after 30 operating hours) in accordance with the document "Operating manual for Belarus tractors" (section "Tractor running-in").

Excavator break-in is carried out in two stages:

Movement of all hydraulic cylinders for 30 minutes on idle engine;

· Operation of the excavator at medium load (bucket filling no more than 50%) for 30 hours (5 shifts) at medium engine speeds.

· Movement of all hydraulic cylinders for 20 minutes at idle engine speed;

· Operation of a bulldozer-loader at an average load (filling the bucket no more than 50%) for 30 hours (5 shifts) at medium engine speeds.

After running-in, it is necessary to conduct an external inspection of the equipment and eliminate the detected problems.

After running-in, it is necessary to make the first replacement of the filter element of the excavator hydraulic system.

3.6 Equipment use

Engine starting:

An ETO must be performed before starting the engine.

Prepare and start the engine in accordance with the document "Operation manual for tractors Belarus".

3.6.1 Using the excavator:

When operating an excavator, it is necessary to strictly comply with all safety requirements specified in this manual.

Before starting work, it is necessary to make sure that there is a working fluid in the hydraulic tank of the excavator and the hydraulic pump multiplier PD-3 / 36E18. Turn on the tractor PTO drive at 1000 rpm, if the machine is equipped with an NSh-71L hydraulic pump, and at 540 rpm, if the machine is equipped with a PD-3 / 36E18 hydraulic pump. When operating in the spring-summer period, use MGE-46V oil. When operating in the autumn-winter period, use VMGZ oil.

When the arrow of the vacuum gauge of the excavator hydraulic system filter is in the red zone, it is necessary to replace the filter element.

Before starting to move the boom or stick of the excavator, it is necessary to lower the excavator outriggers and the bucket or the blade of the front attachment to the ground, remove the pin securing the column in the transport position, and unlock the boom locking mechanism in the transport position.

Check the operation of the excavator at idle engine speed by moving the cylinders.

When working with an excavator, the bucket must be installed so that there is no friction of the rear wall against the ground, and at the same time, it is necessary to ensure a minimum digging angle.

To shorten cycle times and increase productivity, it is necessary to combine the working movements of the hydraulic cylinders. It is recommended to avoid moving the hydraulic cylinder rods until full stroke, as this will lead to frequent activation of the safety valve.

It is not allowed to combine the process of digging and turning the column.

After completing the work, it is necessary to set the excavator equipment in the transport position and turn off the PTO drive.

When working on clay and loam, it is necessary to clean the bucket to avoid heavy contamination.

3.6.2 Using the forklift

When working with a loader, the excavator equipment must be in the transport position.

When using a loader with a bucket, place the bucket horizontally on a supporting surface and fill the bucket while driving the tractor forward. After filling the bucket, it is necessary to turn the bucket up, and raise the boom to a height that provides the bucket passage over the vehicle body, taking into account the turn when unloading, approach and unload the bucket.

To reduce cycle time and increase productivity, it is necessary to combine the working movements of the tractor and bulldozer-loader:

· Moving the tractor forward and turning the bucket up;

· Backward movement of the tractor and lifting of the boom.

4 MAINTENANCE

4.1 General instructions

Maintenance is aimed at ensuring the reliable and durable operation of the equipment.

Before all types of maintenance, except for daily maintenance, the equipment must be cleaned of contamination.

Before performing the lubrication operation, the oiler and the surfaces located next to the element to be lubricated must be cleaned.

A clean, level area of ​​about 30 m² must be prepared for maintenance.

The collection and disposal of waste liquid is carried out in accordance with GOST 21046.

Filling the excavator with working fluid must be carried out in a closed way and providing a filtration fineness of no more than 10 microns.

4.2 Safety measures

When carrying out maintenance, the tractor must be set on the hand brake, shoes must be placed under the wheels, the engine must be turned off.

It is forbidden to carry out inspection, repairs and other work with raised working bodies (boom, or excavator bucket or front linkage). If it is necessary to perform such work, the working bodies must be lowered to the ground or installed on supports.

All movements of the working body, including when checking the setting of the safety valves, must be carried out only from the tractor cab.

When disassembling the hydraulic systems of the equipment (for example, to install a pressure gauge), make sure that there is no pressure in the hydraulic system, for which it is necessary to turn off the PTO shaft or hydraulic pump of the tractor, lower all working bodies to the ground and move all control levers.

4.3 Maintenance intervals

For ease of maintenance of the equipment, it is combined with the maintenance of the base tractor.

6 TRANSPORTATION

5.1. Moving to the place of work

It is recommended to move to the place of work on its own only at short distances.

When moving, the equipment must be put into transport position.

The swing support, carriage and boom must be secured in the transport position when moving outside the platform.

It is forbidden to drive at a speed of more than 5 km / h on roads with a side slope, large irregularities or sharp turns.

The equipment is transported by any means of transport.

During transportation by rail, you must:

· The platform floor and all fasteners must be free of dirt, snow or ice. In winter time, sprinkle the floor of the platform and the supporting surfaces with a layer (1-2 mm) of sand.

· All parts removed from the equipment and the tractor during transportation, together with the operating and shipping documentation, must be placed in the tractor cab.

· Place the keys to the cab and the ignition switch in the tractor toolbox.

· The bars and pads used to restrict movement must be nailed to the platform floor with 2 nails with a diameter of at least 4mm, and the bars installed in front of the front and rear wheels must be nailed to the platform floor with 6 nails.

· Each backhoe loader must be secured against longitudinal and transverse movement by 4 stretch wires made of soft (thermally annealed) wire in accordance with GOST 3282 with a diameter of 4 mm in three strands. Place the braces in such a way that the angle between the brace and its projection onto the platform floor, as well as the angle between the projection of the brace on the platform floor and the longitudinal axis of the platform, does not exceed 45 °.

· Fasten the front braces at one end to the wheel rims, and at the other to the side post brackets of the platform.

· Attach the rear braces at one end to the nuts of the cargo hubs of the rear wheels, and at the other end the side strut brackets of the platform. Set the gearshift lever of the tractor to 1st gear and engage parking brake and tie it with soft wire on the lower cross member of the seat.

· When performing loading and unloading operations, it is necessary to comply with safety requirements in accordance with GOST 12.3.009-76.

During the transportation by car necessary:

· Place and secure the equipment correctly so as not to create dangerous situations on the road and not to obstruct the driver's view.

In the event that the extreme points of the submerged equipment units are at a distance of more than 0.4 m from the outer edge of the front or rear dimensions of the vehicle, the dimensions should be indicated by shields or flags during the day, and in the dark and in other conditions of insufficient visibility - by reflective devices and lanterns: white in front and red in the back.

· All loading and unloading operations should be performed only with the help of lifting and transport vehicles with a carrying capacity of at least 0.5 tons, deformation of structural elements is not allowed.

7 STORAGE RULES

7.1 General

Storage of the base tractor must be carried out in accordance with the "Belarus Tractor Operation Manual", section "Tractor storage rules".

The equipment can be subjected to short-term storage (from 10 days to 2 months) or long-term storage (more than 2 months). The equipment should be stored indoors or under a shed. Maximum term storage of equipment indoors - 1 year, under a canopy - 9 months.

During storage, once a month, it is necessary to check the condition of the equipment and eliminate any discrepancies found.

7.2 Preparation for short-term storage

To prepare the equipment for short-term storage, you must perform the following operations:

· Preparation of the tractor for short-term storage;

· Maintenance No. 1;

· Clean and paint damaged painted surfaces;

· Cover unpainted surfaces and protruding rods of hydraulic cylinders with grease;

· Wrap the rods of the hydraulic cylinders with waxed or oiled paper and tie them with twine;

· Place the excavator and loader buckets on wooden platforms.

7.3 Preparation for long-term storage

To prepare the equipment for long-term storage, you must perform the following operations:

· Preparation of the tractor for long-term storage;

· Maintenance No. 2;

· Operations of preparation of equipment for short-term storage;

· replace working fluid in the hydraulic system of the excavator. After replacement, it is necessary to perform 2-3 full strokes with each hydraulic cylinder;

For long-term storage, the base tractor must be installed on stands, which must be placed in the places where jacks are installed and reduce the tire pressure to 70% of the nominal.

RVD and pipelines are disconnected, the oil is drained, the openings of the fittings are closed with special screw plugs. In closed storage, it is allowed to leave hoses and pipes on the machine.

To protect unpainted surfaces of parts, it is recommended to use GOST PVCK greases.

De-preservation

When carrying out de-preservation, it is necessary to perform the following operations:

· Unmothballing of the tractor;

· Fill all joints with grease according to the lubrication chart;

· Perform maintenance No. 2;

· If necessary, depending on the season, replace the working fluid in the excavator hydraulic system.
