DoorHan FT series mechanical folding axles are designed for loading and unloading cargo. The surface of the hinged bridge is made of steel sheet 5 mm thick with lenticular corrugation 0.5-1.5 mm high. A slight deformation of the bridge surface is possible, which does not affect the operation of the product. The ramp of the folding bridge is made of steel sheet 12 mm thick with lenticular corrugation and a height of 1.2-3.6 mm. The folding bridge beams are made of 60x40x3mm pipe. The swing-out bridge has a lever balancing due to 2 springs and a roller support. The guide rail of the folding bridge is made on the basis of a 160mm hot-rolled channel.
