Friends!
Everything on this site is honest. I placed an order for disks late in the evening, and in the morning they called me back, clarified the requirements for disks that correspond to my car, offered fasteners, dropped the most detailed information on payment methods and receiving disks through the TK terminal in my city. As a result, I supplemented the order with native nuts, paid everything on the bill through my bank’s personal account, and after 4 days I took the wheels and fasteners (stickers with car logos for the central plugs and four valves as a gift) at the TC terminal. Delivery from Rostov-on-Don to Nizhny Novgorod cost me 435 rubles. There are no questions about the quality of discs and the work of the online store. Got what I wanted. By the way, local wheel tire dealers assured me that the wheel model I wanted to buy was out of production and that it was unrealistic to find it. Contact the manufacturer, at least get reliable information on the availability and availability of wheels for your car. In short, the guys from "AZOVDISK" - THANK YOU!

I bought the discs in February (Venti 1404), installed them on the car in April, and now, after more than 4 months of operation, it can be noted that there are no complaints about the quality. The discs perform their function, the paintwork is without damage, even after long trips in gravel road conditions. Appearance was not a determining factor for me, but nevertheless, the wheels look great. For an online store, I have one wish - this is to add a button "check the status of the order" and thanks for the valves as a gift (a trifle, but nice).

Thank you. We received the discs quickly from Rostov to Kemerovo, PEK arrived in 10 days. Delivery cost about 850 rubles.
The manager sent me a list of available disks twice in three days, because. the warehouse is very flexible and weekly delivery is made directly from the factory. Different payment methods, different transport companies and the prices are very pleasant. Satisfied with purchase and service. Changed shoes for the summer, we look quite nice.

Thank you, I mounted the wheels on tires and put them on my swallow. My family and I did not expect that they would look so good on the car! Indeed, as the manager who offered us this particular model of disks told us, the disks look better live than in the picture. Thanks again to all the employees of Azovdisk, I will definitely recommend your products to my friends.

Thanks to all the employees of Azovdisk. Satisfied with wheels and service. Good luck with your company and all the best.

Picked up my NEO-653 rims, very light for R16 7.80 on home scales and with an excellent static load of 720 kg. On my Renault Duster with a large margin of safety. (On our roads it is not superfluous) Well done guys. Communicated with them on VKontakte and called up. Everything was done as discussed. I advise everyone. Greetings from Rzhev!!!

In my opinion, the best online store selling discs, I indicated the brand of my car in the comments to the order, they called and explained everything intelligibly. In our city, your disks are more expensive. Thank you for the CD gift! Definitely 5 points!! In your VKontakte group I will leave a review with a photo of already installed disks!

If for garlic, then I did not expect such adequate, error-free and prompt work from the Russian company. It is very pleasant that in Russia there are excellent guys who do their job and are responsible for their words. Just beauties!
I bought a model 1505 for a great price for a Polo sedan for winter. The representative who called me was in the know and answered all my questions. They didn’t forget to put the bolts and nipples, they put the caps that were needed. The parcel reached Kaliningrad in a ridiculous seven days. And this is through FOUR borders, for which special thanks to PEC! Immediately went to wear Velcro from Hankuk. I noticed at the tire shop the interest of others in the disks and told about your plant.
Thank you!
Satisfied as an elephant in the Kaliningrad Zoo overeating carrots. I recommend.

One of the main parameters of the disk of an automobile wheel is the bolt pattern. Leading car manufacturers independently determine the bolt pattern parameters for native discs of universal models. For non-standard discs, the marking parameters may differ literally by 2-3 millimeters from the standard: the difference is invisible to the naked eye, but it directly affects driving safety.

When choosing wheels, always follow the rule - the dimensions of the new part on all fronts must fully comply with the parameters of your standard wheel, which was installed by the manufacturer.

Today we will present you the wheel bolt pattern compatibility tables, which will greatly simplify the task of selecting the right part.

Marking features

To replace standard disks in a car with new ones, it is necessary to take into account a number of nuances for the right choice. When buying, always look at the marking of the part.

B is the width of the disk; D - disk diameter; ET - disk offset; C - diameter of the mating plane; DIA - diameter of the central hole; PCD - diameter of the circle of the centers of the fixing holes

The following information may be printed on the disk: 8.5Jx18 H2 5×120 ET20 d74.1. Let's take a closer look at what these numbers can mean:

  • 8.5 - the width of the rim, which is determined in inches. Basically, this parameter is denoted by the letter W;
  • 18 - the diameter of the rim, denoted by the letter D and measured in inches;
  • 5x120 - information about the number of landing bolts and the diameter of the holes in which they are planted. Basically, the diameter is measured in millimeters. In our case, the disk uses five landing bolts, the diameter of each bolt is 120 mm;
  • ET20 - disk offset parameter. Disk offset - the distance between the plane that presses the wheel disk to the hub, and the axis of symmetry of the disk. This parameter is measured strictly in millimeters, in our case, the disc overhang is 20 millimeters;
  • d74.1 - designation of the diameter of the central hole, measured in millimeters. There are times when manufacturers of light alloy wheels increase this parameter. In order to center the disk, it is necessary to use special disks. They provide reliable fixation of the disk, due to which there is no vibration when the vehicle is moving.

There are a number of additional parameters in this marking, however, they are mainly of interest only to professionals and do not carry any semantic load for an ordinary motorist. This is about:

  • J - information about the type of design of the flanges at the rim of the rim. It can also be designated with the letters JJ, K, JK, B, P and D, depending on the characteristics of the parameter;
  • H2 - information about the design of the annular protrusions on the rim. This parameter can also be abbreviated as H, H2, FH, FH2, CH, EH2, EH2+.

Let's take a closer look at these parameters. The only thing that does not require decoding is the width and diameter of the disk, these parameters are clear to novice motorists.

The diameter of the circle on which the fixing bolts are located is denoted by the abbreviation PCD. If necessary, this parameter can be calculated independently, without even removing the wheels from the car. To measure, you need a regular ruler - with the help of it, the distance between the centers of the two nearest fixing bolts is measured.

A certain distance is useful for calculating PCD. To calculate the parameter, choose one of the proposed formulas depending on the number of fasteners:

  • 3 holes: PCD=X*1.154;
  • 4 holes: PCD=X*1.414;
  • 5 holes: PCD=X*1.701;
  • 6 holes: PCD=X*2;
  • 10 holes: PCD=X*3.326.

Motorists, mostly beginners, make the mistake of ignoring the importance of high PCD accuracy. The hole diameter for the fixing bolt often has a tolerance. This often causes the disc to be just a couple of millimeters out of stock.

The discrepancy is imperceptible to the naked eye, but it is strictly forbidden to allow it. The difference in spacing will cause only one of all the mounting nuts on the disc to be fully and correctly tightened, and the nuts in the other holes will be skewed. There is only one outcome for such a mount - the wheel will not lie tightly on the hub, as a result, a knock will be heard during the movement of the car, and the nuts will begin to unwind over time.

Overhang value

Each vehicle owner strives to make the car original and unique with the help of tuning. A lot of effort and time is spent on the selection of disks. Some motorists do not look at the standard markings, ignore the requirements and install low-profile wheels, forgetting that any deviations are unacceptable. The discrepancy between the rims leads to the fact that the car becomes emergency and directly threatens the lives of all participants in the road process.

After deciding on tuning, you should not immediately run to the store and buy the wheels you like for your car, but you should consider several important selection options. You should not count on the help of consultants in the store, many of them are simply incompetent in matters of choice and simply try to implement the part, especially if they notice that you are interested in it.

To avoid waste of money, you must choose a disk strictly according to the parameters. There are a huge number of myths, while many prejudices have absolutely nothing to do with the real situation.

Motorists are sure that the offset of the rim is the value that denotes the protruding part of the rim above the body of the vehicle. In fact, the parameter carries a slightly different semantic load. Any disc in a car has a mating plane that comes into contact with the wheel hub when the disc is installed. As a result, the overhang is the distance from the mating plane of the disk to the vertical axis of symmetry of the disk.

Do not ignore the departure parameter. He is directly responsible for the safety of riding in a vehicle. If you choose wheels with the wrong offset, you increase the risk of accidents and premature wear of the main components. So, an incorrectly selected parameter can result in premature wear of the suspension.

Basically, motorists, choosing wheels for their car, can make three common mistakes:

  • They blindly believe the stories of consultants, hoping to receive highly qualified assistance in choosing;
  • They ignore the information about the marking that is applied to the regular disk from the car manufacturer;
  • They make a choice only according to the parameters of appearance, color, geometric features, and other aesthetic factors.

In order to purchase a suitable part, it is necessary to correctly calculate the departure parameter:

In the formula, the symbol "a" denotes the distance between the inner plane and the part of the disk that is in direct contact with the hub, the symbol "b" denotes the width parameter of the disk profile. More clearly indicated information is presented in the figure:

All data for calculating the departure parameter can be measured manually with a millimeter ruler

The result is in millimeters. The overhang can be positive, negative, or zero.

If the offset turned out to be positive, the axis is slightly offset from the fixing point, the zero parameter means that the axis and the plane fully correspond and fit snugly, the negative parameter means that the plane is outside the axis.

Most often on cars there is a positive departure value

Often, when choosing discs, motorists are faced with such a parameter as bolt pattern, the value of which has to be calculated independently. The number of mounting bolts is easily calculated without additional tools, but problems can arise with the calculation of the diameter of the mounting circle.

This parameter is abbreviated as PCD. There are several ways to determine this parameter, but we will focus on the simplest technique.

How to find out the wheel bolt pattern with a ruler

To calculate the parameter, we calculate A from the formula. We take a caliper or a regular ruler, remove the mounting bolts and measure the distance between two adjacent holes along the wall. We measure the diameter of the mounting bolt, add the result to the previously measured distance, as a result we get the parameter A.

It is most convenient to use a caliper to measure the distance, but a school ruler is also quite suitable.

We calculate the parameter B according to the formula shown in the picture. The choice of formula directly depends on how many mounting holes there are in your rim.

It is important that the wheel disc bolt pattern match up to a millimeter with the parameters of the standard wheel. This indicator should not be neglected, since it depends on it how accurately the wheel will be installed on the axle.

It is quite problematic to visually notice any deviations, but when driving on the wrong disc, you will encounter “beating”. This is not only unsafe for all road users, but can also lead to premature wear of the suspension and steering wheel.

Compatibility tables for different vehicles

For the convenience of selecting rims, below we will place compatibility tables for some car brands. These tables contain only general information, and before buying, be sure to pay attention to the labeling and other parameters.

Speaking of disc bolt pattern, first you need to remember the markings. According to the parameters, all rim markings are standard. These standards are the same for stamped and alloy wheels.

To determine the type and size of your car's rims, you can use the tire and rim size calculator.

For example, consider the marking 5.5Jx16H2 ET30 PCD: 5/112 d 66.6 and decipher it. In the proposed marking of the rim:

  • 5.5 is the width of the rim and is in inches (B);
  • 16 is the disc diameter, measured in inches (D);

5/112 - this value is called disc bolt pattern. This parameter shows the number of fixing bolts (there are 5 in the example) and the diameter of their placement circle. In the marking under consideration, it is equal to 112 millimeters. In accordance with the international standard, this diameter is called "Pitch Circle Diameter" (PCD).

ET 30- this is the "departure" (removal) of the disk, also measured in millimeters. In this case, it is equal to 30 millimeters. This parameter is the gap between the mating plane and the center of the disc width. Overhang is zero if these planes coincide. The overhang is positive if the first plane does not pass over the second. The overhang is negative if the plane with which the disc is pressed against the hub crosses the borders of the invented plane of the center of the disc width. Our labeling indicates a positive value and is defined as ET30. If the departure was negative, then it was designated ET-30.

  • OFFSET - departure designation for American manufacturers.
  • DEPORT - departure from French manufacturers.
  • ET - departure designation for German manufacturers. PICTURE

During installation, you need to take into account the departure of the disk, because it is no less significant. If its value is negative, then the protruding part of the disk on the turn will rest against the wheel arch. If this indicator is positive, then most of the disk will be inside. In the case when you picked up a disk without taking into account the flight, then all attempts to install it in advance are doomed. After all, suspension parts will not allow you to do this.

Very often, car owners have to determine for themselves disc bolt pattern. If everyone can determine the number of mounting bolts, then it is much more difficult to establish the diameter of the circle of their location. PICTURE

Let's consider a more understandable way of calculating. For clarity, look at the figure. So, we need to find out the value of A. We take a caliper and measure the distance between the walls of adjacent holes. Now add the diameter of the mounting hole to this number. The result is the distance between the centers of adjacent holes. Formulas are used depending on the number of holes on the disk. The resulting value B is the PCD.

Disk bolt pattern is considered to be a factor that in one way or another affects traffic safety. That is why they should not be neglected. If there is no correspondence, then the wheel will not be accurately installed along the axis and, as a result, the required tightening torque will not be obtained. And it can be extremely difficult to visually notice deviations from the norm, but when driving, such a wheel will have increased runout. After some time, this deforms the parts of the steering mechanism, as well as the suspension. There are also cases when the wheel is completely unscrewed while driving.

There are such motorists who customize disc bolt pattern, whose diameter (PCD) is slightly larger than the original. In this case, special centering rings are used for installation. This technique has its adherents and opponents. Experiments should not be carried out if you are not sure of the safety of traffic. Because in case of failure, no luxury of appearance is worth the losses.

Below are disc compatibility tables (PCD, ET and DIA) for certain car brands. However, the data in the tables can only be used as a guide. Before purchasing wheels, check with specialists or sellers for more specific information.

According to the production technology, forged, steel and alloy wheels. Steel discs are the most popular, as they are characterized by a relatively acceptable cost and the ability to straighten. This feature guarantees high impact resistance, as a result of which they do not burst.

As for alloy wheels, they are quite light. Their mass is the main advantage. But there are also disadvantages. One of which is susceptibility to corrosion. Alas, even special coatings do not save from such a scourge.

Forged wheels, in turn, are quite tough and reliable. They never burst, do not require additional means of protection, and when deformed, this kind of discs can be easily repaired.
