Chop the meat into small pieces, chop the onion, chili and ginger.

Fry the pieces of lamb, add vegetables and all the spices to them. Finely chop the tomatoes and send them to simmer. Pour boiling water over and simmer for half an hour.

Then add the prepared chickpeas, lentils and rice. Cook for another half hour. Place a slice of lemon on a plate.
