I myself am a mechanical engineer, I guessed that a weak motor was a marketing ploy, but I did not think that everything was so bad. In a word - do not buy a car with a 1.2 liter internal combustion engine. Consumption on my Mercedes, which weighed 1.5 tons and a volume of 1.8 liters, ate 8-9 liters in the combined cycle, 7-8 liters outside the city. The same Aveo eats the same amount, no less, and at a speed of more than 120 km / h, voracity increases. Communicated with Aveo drivers with 1.4 liter engines. The cost is really economical.
4. The suspension of me, spoiled by Mersedevsky comfort, is simply annoying. Feeling each gyrus with your fifth point is simply not pleasant. Before Mercedes, I had two VAZ Sevens. I also rode them in Russia, so the comfort of the Seven's suspension is an order of magnitude higher than the comfort of the Aveo suspension.

It turned out that I was to blame, burned the clutch. The service has changed. After a run of 6500 km, I decided to change the oil and oil filter, the conditions were too harsh during operation.
As soon as the first frosts came, I had to change the regular windshield wipers, they fell into disrepair. After a run of 11,000 km, the dipped beam disappeared in the right headlight. Also changed. And so there were no special costs. Money is spent only on gasoline and omyvayku. At the gas station I drive up to the 95th column. Fuel consumption in the summer was 5-6 liters, this is on the highway, 7 liters in the city. Winter in the city 8-10 liters. Trunk volume is small if you go out into the countryside with friends for a couple of days. The cabin certainly fits five people, but they will have to make room. But this is not the most important thing.
The main thing is that the driver, that is, me, is comfortable. The seats are adjustable in the widest range, the steering column too. When buying a regular audio system was already installed in the cabin. In principle, it is not bad, but for those who live by music and cannot imagine themselves without it, this will not be enough. Overall a good car, good value for money. If you transfer to it after a domestic car, you will feel comfort and convenience.
