MISSION OF YUU KZHSI- create affordable housing with developed social infrastructure. The direction that the corporation has been developing for more than ten years is the integrated development of territories. Breakthrough projects for the company were the Parkovy microdistrict in 2010, and the Bely Khutor suburban quarter in 2013. In both cases, KZhSI offered apartments with unprecedentedly high consumer properties: improved finishing on the “move in and live” principle and convenient layouts. IMPORTANT For current apartment buyers, the question is about future utility bills. Solving the task of introducing new construction technologies, in the anniversary year, YuU KZhSI began building a new house in Chelyabinsk with energy efficiency class “A” (very high).
